Workshop: Research development at Van Lang University for the Faculty of Public Relations and Communications

Based on the invitation from the Faculty of Public Relations and Communications, Dr. Ut V. Le, Assistant to the Chairman of the University Board for Research Affairs and also the Head of the Research Group of Scientometrics and Research Administration Policies gave a strategic talk at this workshop.

The content of Dr Le’s talk was is quite diverse and included important topics about scientific development such as What is University? How is an excellent lecturer? VLU's new regulations on scientific publications, scientific publication rankings, expert rankings, research on lecturers, researchers, visiting professors, falculty and institute research coooperation, awarding honorary doctorates & honorary professors , …; scientific publications in the field of the Faculty (the world, Vietnam, VLU, Bournemouth); New trends in scientific research management in Vietnam and VLU.

In particular, the workshop honorably welcomed a leading expert on journalism and communications from Bournemouth University (UK), currently a visiting professor of the Faculty.
