Receiving the invitation from the Faculty of Automotive Engineering, Dr. Ut V. Le, Assistant to the Chairman of the University Board for Research Affairs and also the Head of The Research Group of Scientometrics and Research Administration Policies gave a talk at this workshop.

The faculty requested different topics for this workshop such as journal ranking & develop the research group, VLU’s new research policies.

Developing research is the only way to improve training quality, transfer and raise class.
