For the invitation from the Office of Research Development, Dr. Ut V. Le, Assistant to the Chairman of the University Board for Research Affairs and also the Head of The Research Group of Scientometrics and Research Administration Policies gave a training talk at this workshop.

Accepting peer-reviewed publications is always a difficult task because it must ensure that lecturers' rights are optimized, in accordance with current regulations of the University and in accordance with international terms on scientific publication.

The content of the training program included very basic and important content in scientific measurement such as scientific databases, publication classification, journal ranking, citations index, process & appraisal techniques in acceptance.
